Application Process for 1st-4th Grades

Completed application with $50.00 fee
If your child has had any previous special testing, please include a copy
Copy of past achievement testing
Copy of most recent report card
Have the student's current teacher complete and send to TMA the Teacher Recommendation form.
When all the paperwork is completed call the school office (828) 229-3172, to schedule an interview.

Have the student's current church leader complete and send to TMA the Confidential Recommendation Form: Church Leader.
When all the paperwork is completed call the school office (828) 229-3172, to schedule an interview.
